I’m happy with the room. The online check-in was easy, and they send you a code for the entrance door and your room. It’s an easy walk from the train station, or you can take the bus. There’s a supermarket and restaurant nearby. Parking is in the same building and costs 15€ for one day.

It’s a tidy hotel, and both the elevator and room doors use digital keypads. You get your code by email or text before check-in. The washbasin is in the room rather than the toilet room, so you’ll clearly see your roommate cleaning their nose...

Communication here was a nightmare. The hotline and chat gave completely different information, and staff didn’t seem interested in reading earlier messages, so I had to explain the same thing five times. There’s no reception, the information is misleading, and they suggest solutions they don’t actually follow through on. If you’re traveling with a pet, I wholeheartedly advise against this place. I’d also strongly advise against it if you need anything beyond a bed for the night. Customer service was unclear and chaotic. They offered me a free cancellation because I’d been misled, but then refused to refund my money unless I rebooked a stay with them. I’ve completely lost interest in this place.

A great, affordable place for an overnight stay by Pasing station. It’s cozy and comfortable, with two supermarkets in the building, plus a restaurant and parking.
