We stayed here during our Oktoberfest trip and loved the quiet, beautiful Schwabing location. Cute coffee shops and little boutique stores nearby were a welcome break from Munich's over-commercialized downtown. The owners and staff were warm and welcoming, and replied quickly to our emails before we arrived. My wife and I will definitely stay here again when we're back in Munich.

The owner is open-minded, very kind, and clearly cares about his guests. It's easy to chat with him over coffee or tea in the lounge in the morning. The hotel is small and lovely, right in the heart of Munich, with stylish rooms and thoughtful colors and decor. It was so quiet, it felt like home. Breakfast isn't served, but there are little cafés nearby. We had a great time and would recommend staying here if you just need a place to sleep while enjoying a great neighborhood. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The modern rooms were nice, the location in Munich was excellent, and the owner or manager was friendly and helpful.

Selcuk has some great stories, and the hosting couple are such friendly people that you connect with them right away. I visit Munich from time to time to see friends, and this will easily be my hotel of choice going forward. They offer check-in later than the times shown on sites like Booking.com. I arrived at 21.00, used the digital key to enter the building, and it worked well. The hotel is newly renovated, with very nice rooms in a calm, pleasant neighborhood. The price is very good for the quality you get.

The owners were so welcoming and kind. Our room was really nice, if a little small, and they helped us get in outside the usual opening hours. The process could probably have been a bit smoother and more automatic. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely come again.
