Numa | Munich Obersendling

We stayed just one night and found the room comfortable. There was no staff, but getting into and out of both the building and room with a PIN was easy. The area seemed safe, and we cooked in the little kitchenette. At least two grocery stores were within a five minute walk. It seemed a bit far from Munich's main center, though buses appeared to stop often at the stop across the street. There also seemed to be a nice park across from the hotel. There wasn't enough space for two adults' luggage. A couple of luggage racks would have helped in the small room. I'd definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean, though a little small. But if you're after a traditional hotel and actual customer service, I'd avoid this place. It has no reception or amenities, no parking signs, and getting into the building was confusing because part of it is traditional apartments. Most rooms face a very busy street. I accidentally booked two rooms and called right away to ask for a discount. I owned the mistake, but they wouldn't cancel the second room for either of its two nights, or offer even one night or an account credit. At a proper hotel, I'd expect some kind of meaningful help. Most hotels have a 24 hour cancellation policy, while this one has 48 hours. I thought I'd save some money with a slightly cheaper place, but next time I'll pay more for real accommodations.

We found the check in and check out really easy, and the price was very good. The place was beautiful and in a very good area. The room, shower, and toilet were all very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Perfect for two people. I can recommend it to everyone.

There was a supermarket at the back of the hotel, which was super handy, and the area around it was green and lovely for walks and bike rides by the river. We really enjoyed being out there in the nice weather. The location isn't right in the center, but the Ubahn is a 10 minute walk and takes you into the city center in 15 minutes. There's a bus right next door too. I loved the apartment's gorgeous style and spacious, very clean room. It was nice to be able to shut the kitchen away inside a cupboard. We'll definitely be back and recommend it. Thanks ✨
