The corridor to the rooms had a musty smell, and with two buildings, anyone staying in the second one may have a bit of a walk to breakfast. There's only one elevator for the whole building too, though it wasn't a major problem. Our room was spacious and had tea and coffee. The bed was just right, the temperature was comfortable, and we could open the window if it got warm. The bathroom had a hairdryer, and the soap smelled nice. Breakfast had lots of different options. The location was excellent, with restaurants, bars, a Starbucks, and a shopping street right next door. We were satisfied with our stay and would recommend the hotel.

The building has an interesting feel, with floor-to-ceiling windows and tall ceilings in the public areas. There's a parking garage underneath, though parking costs extra, and most places in the city center are walkable. Our room was very comfortable, and the location was great. Breakfast was excellent, with lots to choose from.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the restaurant is top-notch. I also loved the jaw-dropping skylounge. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is wheelchair accessible. Probably the most luxurious hotel in all of Münster. I've stayed here several times on work trips.

The location is ultra-central, and breakfast had plenty of variety to start the day. Guests can also use the hotel's Lounge for drinks and snacks. The staff were kind and ready to help with whatever came up. I stayed 12 nights, at an average rate of up to €150 per night. My room was very large, as was the bathroom, which had a separate tub and shower and a large terrace. The rooms were clean and had a very welcoming, brand-new design. I was in Haus 2 and had to go through the underground parking to reach breakfast, but it wasn't much of a problem. Parking costs €18 per night, and there's also a "City tax" equal to 5% of the amount spent at the hotel. My photos will show more. I'll gladly return to this 4* location. Congratulations!

The breakfast was high quality and had loads of options, and the hotel is in a great location. My one small criticism is that, despite having opened recently, the TVs only offer German channels. It would be nice to have Chromecast or Netflix, for example.
