Breakfast had the usual German spread, bread, cheese, cold cuts, coffee, and some other choices too if that’s not your thing. The hotel feels properly German, with lovely, well-kept rooms, very clean throughout, and friendly staff. Check-in and checkout were easy. It’s centrally located, so you can walk around town or to the nearby pond. There was a little traffic noise, but I didn’t find it too bad.

We had a good meal at a fair price, and the terrace was a pleasant place to eat, with a nice green space across the road. The restaurant wasn’t especially busy, but service took a while. The staff were friendly, though, and it’s an easy walk from the Panzer Museum.

The staff are all very friendly, and the room and bed are comfortable. But be warned about Room 66. It’s right by the building’s main entrance and attached to the lobby, so you hear the door slam and people talking. Breakfast is served in that building too, which adds to the noise. The room faces the road as well. I’d avoid Room 66.

After visiting the Panzer-museum, I came here to eat with my wife and kids. The burgers were huge, tasty, well made, and inexpensive, and the service was kind. It had a really nice atmosphere and made for a lovely meal. I’d recommend the restaurant and would come back if I visit Munster Panzer Museum again.

The food was first class and reasonably priced, and the people were very helpful. Deutsches Haus is a lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. I’d recommend it to anyone. Keep up the good work.
