Hotel Adler

The rooms are small, just as the listing says. The location right in the center is great, and the service was friendly and excellent.

I stayed here for two weeks, and as a foreign guest I didn’t feel respected when speaking with reception. I was working from my hotel room, so I needed Wi-Fi, but they asked why I used so much internet data. There is a one-day password, yet for 10 days they kept giving me access one hour at a time. A day pass from the first day would have saved a lot of trouble. The receptionists weren’t friendly at all. The breakfast room staff and the cleaner were different, though. They were really friendly and always had warm, genuine smiles.

The restaurant serves quality food, and the homemade ice cream is delicious, definitely worth trying. The rooms are beautiful and have balconies. Staff were super friendly, and the hotel felt very professional.

We had dinner here and liked the cozy feel and traditional interior. The regional dishes were good and fairly priced. I’d recommend it.
