We felt very comfortable during our two nights at the wine guesthouse with friends. Mrs. Heese was incredibly kind and had a great sense of humor. When we arrived, she served us a delicious dinner with dessert in the cozy courtyard. Breakfast was beautifully presented, too. We’d love to come back!

We had such a warm welcome when we spent Easter here with friends. The hosts are wonderful, and everything felt just right. We stayed for one night and would happily come again. Booking was easy, the reception was very friendly, and the room was clean and practical. Breakfast was delicious.

We had the guesthouse to ourselves because we booked on a weekday, which was especially nice for our family of six adults and a toddler. Our little grandson could run around in the garden, safely behind the large gate facing the street, and we could park our cars securely in the courtyard. In the evenings, we unwound with a glass of wine from the Saale-Unstrut region in the romantically lit seating area. At the start of September, we spent a few days here and found plenty of lovely trips to take by car from Großjena. Mrs. Heese was already waiting when we arrived, and we could settle straight into our beautiful, thoughtfully furnished rooms. She’s an exceptionally kind and friendly hostess. The whole family enjoyed breakfast together at a round table. The table was decorated differently each morning, and we especially liked the various egg warmers. Breakfast was varied, delicious, and more than plentiful. We can definitely recommend the guesthouse. Many thanks again to the Heese family.
