We were only a short way from Tripsdrill, a wonderful amusement park, and I'd happily stay in this apartment again next time. The apartment itself was quite new and clean, arranged over two floors: kitchen, bathroom, and living room downstairs, with a bedroom and one double bed upstairs. The kitchen was brand new and had all the necessary accessories, so we could easily cook breakfast. I also want to thank the two staff members, a gentleman and a lady. I'd mistakenly booked for two adults and hadn't included my child, so when we arrived close to 10 pm there was only the double bed. I explained the problem to reception, and they brought a mattress to the apartment, carried it upstairs, and prepared the bedding. The stairs are narrow and it was already very late, so that was really kind of them.

The location in Neckarwestheim worked really well for my business trip, quiet but easy to get to. The room was roomy, very clean, and had everything I needed. The service throughout was friendly, professional, and attentive. I had a great stay at the Neckarzeit Hotel. It's a comfortable, modern place in a peaceful setting, just right for business travelers. I'd absolutely recommend it and will stay again next time I'm in the area. Thanks to the whole team for the hospitality and great service!

We arrived to find a crib already set up beside the bed. Since we were traveling with a baby, they had asked beforehand what kind we needed, or whether we needed one at all. The apartment is lovely and furnished with care. We're really pleased and would happily recommend this accommodation.

There's a Netto supermarket about a five-minute walk away, and the apartment is in a quiet, newly built residential area. Check-in was easy to do ourselves. Inside, it's modern, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend it.
