We were disappointed, especially since we’re in Germany quite a bit to see family. We paid for the rooms online, then had to pay again when we arrived. We’d also paid for breakfast both times, but when we went down to eat before our flight, they said it wasn’t paid for. They let us eat after my husband got upset, but the situation was embarrassing and we lost our appetite. We complained at the desk. Unless something changes, we’ll stay at the Hampton Inn next time we’re in Frankfurt.

As a French person, I recommend receptionist Ali to everyone. He’s welcoming and helpful, and you can really feel how much passion he has for his work and for welcoming guests. It was a great experience, and I’d even say spending at least one night at this hotel is a must. Thank you, Ali.

The relaxed, comfortable vibe made for a great stay. The bar was friendly, with a nice atmosphere and music. The food looked good, though I only tried breakfast, which was great and well priced. I’d recommend it over the other airport hotels in the area.

For a short stay, I highly recommend it. The rooms are quiet and very clean, and the staff are punctual, attentive to details, and really customer oriented. It’s not luxury, but for the price per night I give everything 5 stars. I only wish I’d had a light blanket, since theirs are super warm for my taste. Thank you so much!

A bit of an odd one, and not a usual HI. I got a room upgrade and the room was very good, but there’s a hand car wash right outside, with noise until around midnight. The restaurant wasn’t open in the evening, the bar area is very small, and the nearest restaurant is a good 15-minute walk. I had an excellent red wine with my drink voucher. Parking is available under the hotel for €14 a day. The airport is about 20 mins away, and there’s no shuttle. I didn’t try breakfast.
