A.S at reception was so kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile, and that made the stay feel even more welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean, too. We had a great time at the hotel and would gladly return and recommend it.

The rooms are roomier than the average German hotel, though pretty bare when it comes to amenities. The beds weren't very comfortable, and the top mattress kept sliding around on its base. Across the street, the shopping mall is handy for finding places to eat.

The aviation theme gives the hotel a cool look, and it's nicely appointed. The people at check-in and the bar were friendly. At breakfast, though, a blonde woman working in the back room was particularly unfriendly and racist. When she got upset, she spoke to me in a derisive tone in German. I understand German, though she didn't know that. Despite my Accor Diamond status, I wasn't given an upgrade at all. The way loyal guests are treated seems wholly inconsistent from one hotel to another.

Breakfast was nice, and the staff were pleasant. The cleaning could've been better. I gave them specific things to take care of, but they only completed the most important part of what I'd requested.

With companies nearby, this is a well-located place for a business trip. The hotel and its staff were friendly, but the only food option was pizza.
