Great Austrian dinner in a wonderful setting. The food was amazing, and the service was very good and upscale.

We had loud noise from the upstairs neighbor all evening, nearly until midnight, and when we raised it, the receptionist basically said it wasn’t their business. They were rude and unwelcoming. There was no service at all. Do not stay here.

The spa was the one letdown, since not everything there worked. Still, it’s a beautiful place with a very good restaurant and a great breakfast. I’d gladly visit again!
