First word that comes to mind when I stay here is awesome. The rooms, food, and staff are all first class. I'm American and know only a little German, but communicating in English with the staff and owners was no problem. I'd highly recommend this place.

The breakfast was a highlight, with lots of choice and everything fresh. The staff were always helpful, and I especially liked the small touches that show how carefully guests are looked after. At my second breakfast, for example, I was given automatic margarine and vegan curry spread. Little things like that make a difference and put a smile on your face. The dining area is tastefully done, mixing tradition with modern style. We arrived to a warm welcome, and the whole team stayed friendly and attentive throughout. They patiently answered every question and quickly took care of individual requests, which made us feel truly welcome. Our room, number 2, was very comfortable, with a lovely view and a modern bathroom. Everything suited us perfectly. It was simply a beautiful stay. If we come back to Neuwerk, this hotel will be our first choice.
