They charged us 200Eur more and nobody could explain why. I wrote to them and never got a reply, then tried calling, but no one answered. They barely speak any language besides German. Terrible service.

The location is beautiful, but I wouldn’t recommend this park as a foreigner. They also charged extra costs that weren’t shown on the website or booking form.

The place was nice enough for a few days, but the staff were extremely unfriendly. I got the impression they were rude only to foreigners, which is why I’m giving it two stars.

The natural surroundings were great, but the accommodation and staff fell badly short. We didn’t have a good time.

The staff were kind and went out of their way to make our stay special. It’s a truly upscale resort on what they called the cleanest lake in germany!
