They let us check in early, and the staff were friendly. I never got the code for the reception door, so I called their number and they gave it to me. It was very loud outside our room. It was so hot that we had to leave the windows open all night, though they don’t open very far. There was banging and crashing for hours, waking us a few times. Otherwise, it’s a decent place to stay.

We’ve returned here many times, and every stay has been great. The apartments are spacious, with high ceilings and nice furnishings, and the location is excellent, right by Ku'damm. The railway is next door, so trains make some noise during the day and evening. I’ve never had trouble sleeping, though.

It’s clean and well located, though not a fancy place. I stayed for a weekend with a couple of friends, and it had what we needed for a short visit. If you need the fridge, ask reception to switch it on.

There are a few things that could use attention: the TV has only German channels apart from BBC, with no satellite channels. The kitchen hood doesn’t work, the oven and grill weren’t cleaned properly and have greasy marks that smoke when you turn the oven on, and the kitchen window is very hard to open wide. Still, the room was large and comfortable, with a big balcony, and the location is very good in central Berlin. It was quiet and clean, with hot water around the clock, a well-equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi, and a clean bathroom. Towels were changed whenever needed. I’d gladly come back and recommend it to all my friends.
