I hadn’t realized reception closed at 6pm. My train was delayed by 1 h, so I got to the hotel at 9:50 pm. I pressed the reception button and a man answered, but he just hung up and the lights went out. I wandered around the streets in the rainy dark trying to find somewhere to stay. When I emailed to ask if I should pay, they said it was my fault, so I paid by credit card. Beware if you want to check in late, check-in is only until 6pm.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we really liked the location and the hotel’s original style. Warm wishes to the Meistereck family!
