We were just passing through and needed somewhere to stay. The price was very reasonable, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the room was. The bed was really comfortable too.

On our way to Austria, we realized we’d arrive an hour after the latest check-in time and let the hotel know. They said it would cost an extra 49,00 EUR just to leave the key-card in an outside box, which seemed absurd to me. We’d booked only a few minutes earlier and wanted to cancel, but weren’t allowed to.

I called late at night for a room after another hotel I’d booked had lied to me. The receptionist kindly waited for me, even though her shift had already run five minutes over. She was polite and cheerful, and really saved my day. Bravo!

The staff were warm, helpful, and spoke fluent English. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with Nürnberg Frankenstadion station nearby and IWA about a twenty-minute walk away.

For the price, it’s very much worth it. Service, cleanliness, room conveniences, parking, and nearby places to eat were all good. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.
