Being right above The Hauptmarkt, the Main Market Square, was the best part of our stay. We could open the windows and look straight out at The Christmas Markets every winter. It was so easy to take our purchases upstairs, then come back down for more. The hotel is small, but the rooms are generously sized, and the views are hard to beat. Even with The Frauenkirche (church) just a stone's throw away, its bells and the rest of the outside noise never came through the well-insulated windows and walls. The staff were friendly and knew the area, with useful suggestions for restaurants and activities. Breakfast was simple but filling, with eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit, and different pastries. If being in the heart of the city is what you want, this may be the single most perfect hotel in Nuremberg. The only thing it lacks is a gym, though you're on vacation!

We had a fantastic time here during the 2025 Christmas Market. The parking garage was convenient and much appreciated, even with the hotel right in the heart of the city. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and a great place to unwind after the market. The staff made us feel welcome with their genuine warmth and attention, and breakfast was top-notch. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. We'll be back!

The square and Christmas market right outside, and the good sized room, made for a perfect location. The service and amenities let it down. There's no coffee or tea in the room, and if you come down after 10:30am, they'll charge $4 for a cup. The lounge is for guests, but everything there costs extra. I'm Platinum level with Expedia and usually get perks like late checkout or credit, but they didn't seem to care. The front desk staff need training in empathetic customer care.

Parking was easy, in the garage directly beneath the hotel. The location is hard to beat, and the room was comfortable, tidy, and spacious. We didn't try breakfast since it wasn't included in the price, though the dining room has an amazing view of the plaza.

The location couldn't be better, close to everything but far enough from the noisy bar area at night. I got there at 10am, too early to check in, but they kindly offered me a room anyway. The receptionist was generous and kind, and my room was comfortable with everything I needed, especially the AC in the summer heat. Highly recommended.
