The room was extremely small, though it was a single. The location is very close to the castle, in the old city, so it’s a great choice if you want to explore on foot. Excellent breakfast.

Getting around was easy, with the U-Bahn and Main Station close by. The hotel sits in the city center beside the walls, near all the lovely places you might want to see. The staff were pleasant and efficient. My room was small, but the bed was good and the shower had plenty of hot water, though the tap wasn’t thermostatic. A really nice hotel.

Breakfast was generous and really tasty, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and roomy enough. The place has a charming, slightly old-fashioned feel, with a few worn spots that didn’t bother me. It’s right in the heart of Nuremberg, with private parking too. Rates are on the high side, but that central location puts everything just a few steps away.

The castle is right next door, and the location is great. Rooms are comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

I had to cancel my three-night booking at the last minute because of a family emergency, and they charged me a penalty of 90% of the total stay. The front office manager was very rude. Worst hotel, no humanity. Zero stars.
