The rooms were neat, and the woman in the breakfast room was very friendly. My only criticism is the mattress, which was much too soft. I'm about 1.96m tall and 100 kg, and I didn't sleep well.

During my 5-night stay, nobody came to clean the room, which was the one drawback. A bit more attention to housekeeping would have made things perfect. The rest was a pleasure: the room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable, and the varied breakfast had plenty of delicious options. Parking was convenient, and the hotel is close to the center of Oberammergau, so getting around was easy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and flexible, and the staff were accommodating when I asked for fresh towels. I highly recommend it for the comfort, location, and excellent service.

It took a little getting used to the village layout, so finding the hotel at first was tricky. Check-in itself went smoothly. The hotel is beautiful, clean, thoughtfully designed, and well appointed, with lovely owners and staff. Breakfast was delicious, very fresh, and included lots of local ingredients. I'd definitely stay here again.

We've stayed here several times when visiting Oberammergau and plan to keep coming back. The rooms are nice, the views are amazing, and you can't beat the central location. We could walk to shops, restaurants, and even NSO. Another big plus is that they allow cats and dogs. A++

This is a beautiful, peaceful town, and I loved hearing the church bells and seeing the scenery. The location was great, and I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. My room felt cozy and like home, with a very comfortable bed. It was immaculate, possibly the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. An outstanding experience, highly recommended!
