We had a wonderful vacation with the Kogler family. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, and the family did all they could to make our stay pleasant. The location is convenient for nearby activities and destinations, whether you're biking or hiking. The highlight of our trip was visiting the nearby Erl Festival Hall for the Passion Play.

We've just booked our second vacation here, and we're already really looking forward to it. The Koglers are welcoming and always take the time to listen. The house and garden are fantastic, and the balcony has a wonderful view. The apartment is tastefully furnished, super clean, well organized, and has absolutely everything you need, including little things you might not expect.

The Kogler family made us feel welcome right away and clearly care about their guests' well-being. Everything we needed was there, and the accommodation was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with tasteful furnishings and lovely details. We felt at ease and could really unwind.

We were so impressed with our apartment and the hosts that we're coming back for a winter vacation, this time with friends. This was our second summer in a row here, and the apartment was spotless, well maintained, beautifully furnished, and set in lovely surroundings. The hosts are professionals, with a great balance of friendliness, helpfulness, and giving guests space.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, while also giving us space. We spent 10 days in the Kranzhorn apartment and had a lovely time. It was spacious, spotless, nicely designed, and felt new, with everything we needed. You can see the care and taste that went into furnishing it. The location worked perfectly for trips by bike or car to Austria, along the Inn, to Rosenheim, and to many other places. I don't say this often, but everything about this apartment was just right. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
