Rezas Bistro Restaurant Gästehaus

The staff made us feel welcome, and the finger food was very good. There’s a simple menu with some great options, especially the risotto. We also loved watching the sunset from the spot right in front of where the river meets. Plenty of drinks are available, with or without alcohol. We recommend the Weiss beer or the house white wine.

The room was spacious and comfortable, though the style felt a bit old. There wasn’t any shampoo or shower gel, so bring your own. Breakfast was good enough, and the riverside location is great. I stayed one night over Easter, and for the price, everything was totally fine. I’d like to try the restaurant next time.

We had tasty food in the restaurant, and the staff were nice. Breakfast was the same each day, but it tasted good. Our room was a decent size, although the bathroom was quite small. The bed felt too soft and left my back hurting. There was a reserved parking space beside the hotel. We picked this place as a base for trips to Luxembourg, and its position by the state border was handy. There’s a ferry near the hotel, but unfortunately it currently runs only until 1:00 p.m.

We spent two full days cycling, setting off after breakfast along the beautiful Cycle Path, going through Germany and returning on the Luxembourg side. There’s a pond beside the hotel that takes you from Germany to Luxembourg and back. Check-in came with clear information about the restaurant hours, open until 20:00, and breakfast, served from 08:00 to 09:30. The food was good, and the service and staff were friendly. Room service came daily to take out the trash, make the bed, and tidy things up. If you arrive without high expectations, you’ll really enjoy your stay here. We highly recommend the location and will definitely come back. Beautiful.
