I was in a single room, and it was quite good, with a shower and a lovely balcony that had a little garden on it. The hotel sits in a beautiful spot, and I found some fruit waiting on the table in my room. The staff were extremely polite, and everything was very clean. For the price, I think it’s the best value.

Breakfast was generous, with great cheese, cold cuts, fruit, and eggs cooked to order. Bruno seemed a little disappointed when I usually passed on the eggs. I brought along a flowering Yunnan tea my son had given me for my birthday, and Bruno set out hot water in a silver kettle and had my tea bag ready on the table each morning. It’s a very friendly place. They used to have a restaurant, but now only serve breakfast. My only reservations were that there’s no air conditioning, and on hot days I had the windows open, so a few insects got inside.

The breakfast was included and really good, and the rooms matched their description. The couple who own the place are lovely. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Rita and Bruno, the lovely couple who run this family-owned hotel, gave excellent service. My room was nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet was good.

This family-run inn has a lot of charm and has been passed down from the parents to their adult children. They’re still working out a few kinks, but it’s good value if you want to stay in that area.
