The room itself was spacious and had a kitchen, stove, and microwave, but without pots, dishes, glasses, or cleaning supplies, there was no way to use the kitchen. The room had potential, but the stay was very negative because of the disorganization and lack of transparency. I wouldn't recommend the hotel or stay here again. The address on the booking was wrong, so I wasted time searching in Rodgau before learning the hotel is actually in Obertshausen. At reception, I was told I had paid only €312.47 and had to pay the difference up to €415.44, even though I showed proof of full payment. Their system also had my phone number, email, and address wrong. They said I had booked through Booking.com, but I had booked directly on the hotel's website. Apparently getaroom.com processed it and charged a €107.06 service fee without clearly disclosing it.

I was very happy with my stay. The location was lovely, my room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was here for a business trip with appointments nearby, and the photos look pretty accurate. For the price, I really can't complain. It's an affordable, fair option for a conference stay, with a simple, clean, spacious room. There's no one working late at night, but reception provides a mobile number in case you need help. The room has a kitchen installed, and on a longer trip you could bring or rent equipment to cook. Breakfast looked nice and was decent, though nothing amazing.

We booked two rooms for our family, including the children, parents, and grandparents. The staff were friendly, and there was plenty of free parking on the property. The rooms were bigger than average and clean, with a microwave, hot plate, and fridge. Groceries and restaurants are an easy walk away. Breakfast was available, but we left a bit early and didn't have time for it. I'd definitely recommend the place.
