10/10
We found a lovely little hidden gem here on our way back from Prague and stayed the night. The staff spoke English really well and were very nice. Lovely hotel and great slopes too. We’ll surely be back!
6/10
The location is nice and the SPA is amazing, though the hotel’s age makes it feel a little overpriced.
8/10
The rooms are a normal size, nothing special, and the hotel is clean and friendly. The buffet is nice if you book dinner too. There’s a sauna but no swimming pool, though guests can use the partner hotel’s pool. The game room has ping pong and pool billiards, and there’s a small but nice fitness room.
10/10
Check-in was handled by competent staff, service was good, and there were no problems that needed sorting out. Check-out is available until 12. The meals were excellent, with salad from the buffet for those watching their weight and a glass of champagne served with every meal. But there was no information about the lovely surroundings or their valuable folk traditions. No wooden pyramids or toys were sold, and nobody suggested visiting Seiffen or other interesting places. There was no shop for the famous locally made “dentelle,” or information about local crafts. The cake was good but had nothing to do with local baking, and while there was a bag shop, there was no folklore.
10/10
The buffet had lots of great choices, and the hotel is very nice with an amazing view. The rooms are clean.
