We were only here overnight for a Rheingau Music Festival concert, but we're now thinking about staying a couple of days and going hiking. The winery has six bed and breakfast rooms. Ours was a decent size under the roof, with rafters to watch out for, and looked over the Rhine valley town of Hattenheim. A little table and two chairs came in handy for drinks and snacks. Breakfast was very good, in the usual German hotel style: scrambled eggs or eggs you boil yourself, rolls with jam or honey, and more. Tables are assigned by room, though in warm weather you can sit on the terrace. In the entry terrace there's a vending machine with their very reasonably priced wines by the bottle, soft drinks, and some snacks. I tried to pay cash but ended up using my debit card.

We'd missed our flight and were in a bind, with the hotels full. Luckily we found this lovely place at a reasonable price. The service was friendly and very flexible, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was nice.

It was a wonderful weekend at this well-kept winery in a quiet spot with a lovely view. The rooms are modern, in mint condition, furnished to a high standard, and have every comfort. Breakfast was excellent and had everything. They use eggs from their own chickens. The owners were friendly and helpful, with great suggestions for excursions. I’d gladly book again and recommend the winery to friends. The wine is award-winning and delicious. Don't leave without a case. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

We had a wonderful overnight stay. The rooms were lovely and the beds comfortable. There's a vending machine with chilled wine at fair prices, and water too. Wine glasses are available in the common room, so you can enjoy a good glass on the beautiful terrace with its fantastic view. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning was delicious, a dream.

A complete fiasco from start to finish. The rooms were dirty, the furnishings broken, and the service poor. They lie to you, keep you waiting, and brush you off with promises they don't keep. Guests' goodwill is taken advantage of, and there's no friendliness or professionalism to be found. Never again. If honesty, cleanliness, and decency matter to you, I strongly advise staying away.
