The peace and the Rhine view made this stay feel special, and the adjoining restaurant served excellent food. Service was superb, and the owners were incredibly friendly. The tower hotel has apartments and rooms, one to each floor, all beautifully and tastefully furnished. Waking up there felt like entering another world. We were thrilled and will definitely come back.

A lovely place to relax, with well-equipped rooms and very helpful owners. The one drawback is the road leading up to the hotel.

Set apart in the forest, it’s wonderfully quiet, and the website directions make it easy to find. We booked the whole tower as a group, with a separate room on each floor and a lounge or party room at the top. From up there, the view takes in the Rhine, Mainz, and Wiesbaden, and on a clear day even Frankfurt. The bathrooms have what you need, the beds and mattresses are comfortable, and room service comes every other day. You can book a generous breakfast, and the staff do their best to meet requests. It’s a great, unusual place to stay, though it may feel more like a B&B than a hotel.
