The property is beautiful, with lovely spaces and care given to the details. The food deserves a mention too: it was beautifully prepared and a hit with both the adults and our two little girls. From the moment we arrived, the service felt warm, thoughtful, and attentive. The resort welcomed our family so well, with everything seeming designed for children while still keeping an elegant, calm atmosphere. Sonnenalp made us feel genuinely cared for, and we can't wait to return.

I came away feeling the spa was a peaceful, well-kept place to recharge, and my room was spotless and comfortable, with tasteful decor and thoughtful touches. The food was consistently excellent. Breakfast started the day beautifully, and dinner was a highlight, with local flavors on the menu. Sonnenalp Spa Hotel has a welcoming, high-quality spa and superb service. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable retreat and genuine hospitality. The Alpine views are stunning, and the hotel mixes traditional charm with modern comfort in a refined, relaxing setting. The staff stood out most: warm, attentive, and professional, with personal interactions that never felt overbearing. Requests were handled quickly and with a smile. From the moment I arrived, the place felt like a warm, elegant sanctuary.

The service was flawless and really made the hotel memorable. It's also friendly for kids. The hotel and spa are nice, though both need renovation. Breakfast was average, and I'd have liked more organic and local produce.

A special thank you to Lyn, who leads the wonderful perfumery at Sonnealp. I went in with my wife just curious, but it quickly became a whole world of discovery. Lyn has a great eye and patiently guided us through beautiful niche fragrance houses. I especially fell for Fragrance Du Bois – Lucius, a rare find that's hard to come across in Germany. The perfumery's collection is really special, and Lyn's knowledge and thoughtful curation made the visit unforgettable. Meeting her was one of the highlights of our stay.
