When I moved the pillow, I found bed bugs in the bed. I left the hotel immediately. That is totally unacceptable. This used to be a nice place for a long-term stay, but not anymore. The kitchen was disgusting, with dirty oil and fat dripping from the cooker hood, and dishes were missing. The bathroom and WC were dirty and sticky too. The window was broken and shook when I closed the balcony door. It seems only a matter of time before it breaks into pieces and injures somebody.

I spent four weeks here on a business trip, and I can't recommend this accommodation in good conscience. The rooms were dirty, service was poor, and reception was permanently closed. There was barely any crockery in the kitchenette, and the noise was terrible. You could hear everything happening above and around you. The one good thing is that after I complained, they cleaned the room.

The room was good, but MyHome was very poorly organized. There was nobody at reception, and the phone service was terrible.
