Myhotel Olching

We left after midnight and found another hotel because the place didn’t feel safe. MyHotel later said we had stayed there and that cleaning staff had visited each day, but we never checked in. Either they were lying or they didn’t know what was happening in their own building. When we arrived around 11:30 PM, the parking lot was poorly lit, with shady people hanging around and no real sense of security. The hotel seemed deserted, and every door was wide open. At reception, our room key card was left out in the open with my full name and room number visible. I travel for business all over the world and have never experienced anything like this. The key topic is usually all over the world, and their response will claim none of this is true. Their website and photos showed a place that didn’t match reality. Their response took days, then came across as rude and dismissive, with false information and no apology or acknowledgment of the risks. I could give zero stars if I could. My experience at MyHotel was alarming and completely unacceptable. Read the Google reviews and you’ll see we weren’t the only ones with a terrible stay. Stay far away. It felt unsafe and dishonest, and like the people running it didn’t care about guests.
