I've got mixed feelings about this hotel. I come here every year for work, but despite the themed rooms being advertised, I've never been put in one. The rooms I've stayed in have been plain and impersonal, and I honestly wonder whether those themed rooms exist. The reception hours are limited, though the people there are kind, and the breakfast choices are OK.

The staff were what I loved most. They were really friendly and took personal requests seriously. When I booked, I casually asked for a bathtub as a nice extra. I arrived to find I'd been given a double room even though I'd paid for a single, because it was the only room with a bathtub. It felt great that they'd gone out of their way to grant my wish. Breakfast was very good too, and the hotel was very clean and especially careful about everything during the pandemic. I'd definitely recommend it.

The rooms were standard, but clean, and breakfast was nice. There isn't a shared place to sit after 8 pm, not even a sofa or chair, so the only option in the evening is staying in your room. It doesn't feel like a fun hotel.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were really wonderful. The gym is great, but freezing cold, too chilly to work out in. The basic rooms are more like pods and unbelievably noisy. You can hear neighbors talking, showering, and using the bathroom.
