The staff were really pleasant and helpful, especially the young guy. We got in late, so there wasn't a chance to try the spa or restaurant. Breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. It's handy being close to the highway for a stop on a drive, though it also seems like a nice place for a longer stay.

The room was clean and modern, and the hotel was very nice. I found the bed too hard, which is why I'd give the room a 4. The restaurant was fantastic.

The seasonal menu gives you good options, and I had a really nice dinner of German specialties here during a business trip to Osnabrück. The food was great and the service was good. I'd recommend the restaurant and come back when I'm in town again.

All the chinaware was from Villeroy and Boch. The rooms were nice, and despite the busy road right beside the hotel, I couldn't hear any noise inside. I loved staying here.
