We went with my parents, and they were especially happy to have a terrace right off their room. The hosts were so kind, and we shared plenty of laughs. Breakfast cost extra to book, but it was delicious and there was lots of it. The rooms were plainly furnished, though they had everything we needed.

I've stayed here often and keep returning. The owners are flexible and always around to help guests with information or anything else. It's a friendly hotel on the edge of Osnabrück, with shops, public transport, and parking close by.

I wanted to stay here because it's close to my family, and I even changed my dates while trying to book over several weeks. But none of my calls or emails got me a room. I was told on the phone to email, or that someone would call me back, but no callback ever came and my messages got no reply. It feels like they just don't want to rent me a room. Such a disappointment, and a real shame.
