It’s close to the beach, with a bakery, supermarket, hardware store, and other places nearby. The house was nicely furnished, but cleanliness could have been better. Everything was a little dusty, and the cushions hadn’t been washed properly.

The house is tucked into a quiet, well-kept courtyard right in Binz, and it has a modern style. It’s less than 2 minutes to the fine sandy beach and under a 5-minute walk to the promenade for shopping, food, or a relaxed drink.

Terrible service. I tried to sort out a problem right after booking, but nobody responded to my questions in the Booking.com app for 4 days. I called the listed contact number and got no answer for 3 days, then contacted Booking.com customer service and heard nothing there either. After 4 days I finally reached someone by phone. Even though I’d tried immediately after booking, cancellation wasn’t possible. They hadn’t checked the app, and I would have had to try several times. Extremely poor service. Never again.

We booked for New Year’s Eve 24/25, then were told the old prices were still online and we’d have to pay over €800 more for 5 nights. There was no apology or alternative offer. When we refused, they canceled everything. Outrageous! Check-in would also have been an hour later than stated, and we’d have had to leave an hour earlier. What a fantastic deal. I’d advise everyone against booking this house.
