The area is wonderfully quiet, with birdsong as the only sound. The apartment itself is spacious and spread over two floors. Everything was very clean, the sofa was comfortable, and the TV had lots of channels. The kitchen had all the utensils, plus some spices and coffee filters, which was handy. It's in a lovely, peaceful spot beside the forest, great for jogging, though getting to central Binz takes a while: over 30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bike. The WiFi was very weak.

We were very satisfied. The apartment was spotless, the landlord friendly and dependable, and the price felt fair. It was a little outside town, as we knew, but near the small train station. Unfortunately, this ground-floor unit had no stovetop or oven.

A large, lovely apartment with two bedrooms, in a quiet spot beside the forest. Rasender Roland can be heard :). The beach is about a 25-minute walk, and shopping is around 15 minutes on foot. The landlord was cool too. Yes, I'd recommend it.

Quietly situated, yet not far from the center or the beach. A very nice holiday apartment, and I'd gladly stay again.
