The apartment is modern and newly furnished, with lots of thoughtful details. The kitchen has everything, there's a large TV and Wi-Fi, and games for children make it family-friendly. The mattresses were too soft for us, though, and we could feel the hard slatted frame. I'd recommend the place, and we'd be glad to come back.

The listing described the place accurately. We rented the 67-square-meter apartment for two, with two bedrooms and an open living and kitchen area. It was modern and nicely furnished, and the town center is about 400 meters away. We'd definitely return.

The setting is central but still quiet, with the beach promenade and pier just a few minutes away. Restaurants and shops are around the corner, so we could leave the car in the lot in front of the house. Picking up the key on the same street went smoothly, and the safe by the front door was useful for arriving later. There was also a barbecue area beside the house with plenty of seats, and I even spotted charcoal under the grill. The apartment is large and modern, with a very well equipped kitchen: dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, and more. It had all the little things too, including tablet computers, dish soap, and coffee filters, so we didn't need to bring anything from home. There was a big flat-screen TV in the living room and a smaller one in one of the two bedrooms.

Everything suited us at Haus Emsland, where we booked an apartment some time ago. The beach, Binz town center, and nearest grocery store are all just a few minutes away on foot. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and the lovely surroundings of Binz and Rügen, and would love to return.
