It’s quiet here, but don’t count on a good lake view. You can only see the lake from upstairs, and even there the view is partly blocked. The property isn’t suitable for people with disabilities. For two people the apartment is spacious, but the sparse furnishings don’t make it cozy. The kitchen feels run-down, with no counter space at all, and the dishes are quite old. The drain in the bathroom and shower needs checking. Sometimes there’s a bad smell and very annoying gurgling. Thank goodness for the weather. Dear Landlords, I appreciate that you responded. I’m not expecting plush furnishings or extras. We love staying in holiday rentals, not just on the Baltic Sea, but this apartment still feels uncomfortable. Apart from the stove, the kitchen is unpleasant, and the oilcloth tablecloths are unacceptable. We’re not the only ones who have complained about the kitchen. Also, the motion detector on the hard-to-reach outdoor staircase needs to be checked and adjusted. It’s a fall risk in the dark.
