I took off one point for the kitchen: it was missing most of the soup spoons and teaspoons, the measuring cup was broken, and waste sorting could be improved since there was only one bin for everything. Still, I’d definitely come back, and I highly recommend it. The apartment was quiet and a comfortable size, with lovely box-spring beds, a dishwasher, and a rain shower. The beach is 50 meters away and the town center 150 meters. The hosts were attentive and lovely, and I got a free shuttle to and from Binz train station. 😊

You can park in front of the house, and pets are allowed. The beach is incredibly close. The vacation apartment itself is nice, though it could use proper dishes and a dishwasher or washing machine.

Villa Heiderose is still one of our favorite places in Binz, with lovely furnishings and a location that’s hard to beat. But after a few years, communication with the owners has slowed, and unfortunately they no longer reply to email inquiries. It’s a real shame. We’ve been staying more often at Villa Strandeck now. It’s not quite as exclusive, but its vacation apartments are also furnished with a lot of care, and the location is quieter.

A very friendly hostess, always ready with a kind word. The apartment is beautifully decorated in a maritime style, with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Excellent value for money.
