I had a positive stay and would come back. The big room looked out over the forest and had an attached shower with plenty of hot water. Call to book, since they have rooms for different budgets, starting at €25. The restaurant didn’t really impress me: I don’t eat meat, and the choices were pork or beef, plus one chicken steak with fries. The beer was good, and the chicken and fries came with a small salad.

A handy, inexpensive little hotel near the American Base. Breakfast kept me going for a long time, even though it’s quite different from an American breakfast.
