We were left without anywhere to stay late at night, even though our booking was confirmed. We’d reserved through Booking.com during a road trip, just 1.5 hours before arrival, then drove in from another country to find the property completely unstaffed. There was nobody at reception, no check-in instructions, and no reply to repeated messages or phone calls. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Don’t rely on this hotel’s confirmation.

The hotel is near all the shopping, and the breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly too. The downside was the noise when our room was right above the car washing station. It could get loud early in the morning or late at night.

What a good find in such a quiet neighborhood. The food was good and the service was quality. Highly recommend.

The overnight price was acceptable, and I’d go back again, 10/10. My room was nice and clean, and breakfast was really delicious.

After working in temperatures above 35°C, coming back to an extremely warm room with no air moving was unpleasant. There’s no air conditioning in the rooms, at least in the standard double.
