The breakfast was the standout for us. After 40 days eating around Europe, from Lisbon to Vienna, it was the best of the whole trip, and the mattress was wonderfully comfortable. The hotel was spotless too. Getting in was another story at first. We were expecting self check-in, but the confirmation email never arrived, so we had no access code and ended up outside with our luggage. I called support, and the woman who answered was quick, professional, and so helpful that she had us sorted in what felt like seconds. The next morning, Martin at reception listened to what had happened, apologized, and handled the extra credit card hold on top of our booking.com payment with real care and efficiency. I was honestly tempted to leave a bad review so the place would stay a secret. If people find out how good it is, I may never get a room on my next trip. Still, my family and I had an unforgettable stay, and the team made it a pleasure. I'd give it 20 out of 10, even if that means I might regret recommending it.

The bed itself was comfortable, and the bathroom was good. The room was decent too, though a little noisy, and the pillows were so flat that extra ones would have helped. Breakfast was simple but fine. I don't understand the €6 parking charge. There's no barrier, and reception doesn't ask for a license plate or anything to verify it. It feels like an extra fee without anything behind it.

I definitely recommend this hotel. We called the emergency number, and the young man who picked up was kind and respectful. He helped us very quickly.

The location was really convenient, and it was quiet and peaceful. Lots of parking, a great breakfast selection, clean rooms of a nice size, and very friendly, helpful staff. The service was extremely good.

Cycling here was easy, with plenty of secure space to leave my bike, which let me enjoy the stay without worrying about it. The breakfast was another highlight, with lots of tasty vegan and vegetarian choices and good variety. My room at B&B Passau was spotless, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were warm and helpful, and knew a lot about the area. They were happy to suggest attractions, places to eat, and less obvious spots to explore. B&B Passau made a great impression from the moment I arrived, and I'd happily return. I recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
