Ferienhof Hirschfeld

Our kids still talk about the plush cow, their holiday farmer certificates, and the cowbell they received on our second visit. It was our second week at the Hirschfeld family's holiday farm, and we loved it just as much as the first. They helped in the barn every day and cared for the animals. Sheep Marie and Lillie were a highlight: the children took them to pasture in the mornings, then enjoyed short walks and snacks with them. The rabbits were fun too, from a “basket taxi” ride to bedtime stories together in the straw. There was something to do nearly every day, all organized with so much enthusiasm by the Hirschfeld family. We made campfire bread, churned butter, and milked a training cow. The coffee break with delicious cake and the daily farm newsletter with tips and activities were lovely parts of the stay. The “Apple Blossom” apartment is very well equipped for families, with a private terrace beside a nice playground. There's also a public playground with a zip line right next door. Wooden horses, a trampoline, and ride-on toys add even more to do on the farm, and the bread delivery service is a great touch. A wonderful holiday. We'll definitely be back!

The “Apple Blossom” apartment was accessible and had everything we could possibly need. The outdoor space is a dream for kids. They can make butter, walk with sheep, feed horses and rabbits, visit the cows in the barn, and explore the huge playground. We also made campfire bread and enjoyed the fragrant lilacs. The Hirschfeld family were lovely hosts. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We had such a memorable holiday with our three young kids, aged 3, 5, and 6, that we've already booked another stay at the Hirschfeld holiday farm. Dorothe, Marie-Catherine, and Frieder spent time playing and working with the children and just having fun with them. Thank you so much!

The apartment was clean, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had lovely evenings with stick bread and barbecues, and the Hirschfeld family were always friendly and helpful when we had questions. It's a charming little farm with a few cows, cats roaming freely, some sheep and rabbits, and a pony the kids can ride. Children can join in at the stables, which they really enjoy.
