The room was dirty, with visible grime on the floor, stained bedding, and towels that smelled unclean. The bathroom was dirty too. I didn't feel safe from the moment I arrived, especially with no security cameras anywhere, and the staff were unfriendly. Housekeeping even knocked 25 minutes before checkout. While I was out exploring the town, I kept worrying about whether my belongings were safe in the room. The photos are completely misleading and don't match what I experienced. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. 1/10

The breakfast is delicious, and I've always been warmly welcomed on my many stays here. I've tried other hotels in Pforzheim, but this has become my favorite for its price, location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Whenever my companion or I had a question or problem, they did their best to help, even with things outside the hotel.

The rooms were noisy and not soundproof, and the service was very poor quality. The rooms were awful and unclean too. I saw three insects on the bed, and there were lots of hairs on the blanket and mattress.

Music from the nearby bars and clubs went on blasting all night, and there was no parking available. The Wi-Fi barely exists outside the stairwell, and the so-called terrace is just a run-down patio. The front desk staff were rude, and the hotel was horrible. I won't stay again and wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

No recommendation from me. The rooms are incredibly ugly, and the attitude of the person, or gentleman, working there is even worse. They need to sort out maintenance and cleaning, and take a course in how to speak to customers. There's so much more I could say about this place that the review would probably explode.
