We booked online a year ago for a late check-in, and everything seemed fine until we arrived at 11 p.m. after several hours on the road. Nobody was there. A man on the phone told us there was no room, but we don’t speak German and couldn’t understand him properly. He hung up on us, and when we called back, he did the same thing, abruptly. The neighborhood looked really creepy, and the man was not nice. We had to find somewhere else to sleep, losing time and €50 in the process because the other hotel cost more. A well-deserved zero stars.

Our booked double room looked dated, just as the curtain photo showed. The bed felt more like a small single, so two people were cramped. There was lots of traffic noise, and instead of a curtain, the window at the front had exterior shutters. I wouldn’t recommend parking in the neighborhood. To me, it seemed like one of the worse parts of the area, and I didn’t feel safe there.

The room was very dirty, and the bathroom was especially disgusting. There was loud music in the street at night, and parking wasn’t available.

A quiet, clean place, just right for a few nights.

Look elsewhere if you have another place to stay. The service was zero. We waited outside for ten minutes before we could even get in. The room wasn’t cleaned, and they didn’t change the sheets or towels or even provide slippers. There wasn’t any shampoo in the bathroom, though thankfully there was a toilet seat. In the middle of the night, people were making noise and dragging tables and chairs around. I wouldn’t recommend this guesthouse.
