The room was quiet, facing the rear, and had a little balcony. It was clean and adequate, with a single bed, chair, desk, and a bathroom in good condition. WiFi was fine. One annoyance: the window wouldn’t stay open, so I wedged it with a coat hanger. Breakfast was okay, with cheese, cold meats, eggs, bread and rolls, though there wasn’t a huge selection. The hotel isn’t large. Getting there from Pforzheim rail and bus station was easy, and it’s near shops and restaurants. Check-in was straightforward thanks to good communication via booking for com. When reception is closed, you enter your details on the screen and the machine releases a regular key. My room was on the 3rd floor, and there’s no lift. For the price, I thought it was good value.

We only needed a place for one night, and everything worked out very well. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were really friendly. The location was lovely, close to the city centre but also near a riverside path for a quiet walk in nature. There’s everything you need around the hotel, so it’s a great place to stay.

It was so quiet despite being right in central downtown Pforzheim, and I left feeling rested. The room was a bit warm and could’ve used a fan to get the air moving. Otherwise, everything felt fresh and clean, and I got a warm welcome.

We stopped here on our way to Austria. The rooms were clean and the price was good.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and it was very quiet. Secure parking was a nice bonus, and the staff were attentive and very pleasant. The only thing I’d criticise is that the room lighting and style felt a little cold.
