Breakfast was the highlight for my fiancé and me. Lembaeh brought such great energy, and the meal felt amazing, satisfying, and comforting. We’ve never had a better breakfast. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. Sincerely, Edder Mazate.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the team deserves a big thank you for making a stressful situation end well. Booking.com had taken our payment, but our reservation hadn’t been properly sent through. Even with all the 3p rooms booked, the staff found a place for us. The person at the front desk was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. A booking issue could have ruined the trip, but the hotel handled everything perfectly. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Hotel. The staff were friendly, and our room had a balcony that was just a nice vibe. It was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, TV, wardrobe, and a clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good, tasty, and filling.

The first impression was good, but after a long drive I wanted tea or coffee in my room and ran into a few problems. There was a machine but no coffee cups, and there were tea bags but no kettle. I tried the promised cup of water, but the mini fridge was empty, with nothing to drink. Strangely, the other room at least had a bottle of water. I called reception at 23:15 to ask for some water, but nobody answered. Hmmph!

We stopped here on the drive from the UK to Italy. Getting to the main routes was easy, and the location worked really well. The rooms were simple and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially at breakfast.
