We were greeted warmly, and the owners stayed friendly and welcoming throughout. The rooms were clean and the guesthouse well kept. It’s a great starting point for outings, especially bike rides, with charging stations and bike storage in the garage. There’s parking right by the house too. That’s a fun way to spend a vacation.

The mountain views were breathtaking, whether I looked from the balcony or first thing in the morning. In the last few days, the gentle cowbells added to the peaceful feeling. I only noticed the church bells at 6:00 a.m. during the first two days, and got used to them quickly. Our room wasn’t quite like the picture, and the bathroom was rather small, but everything was more than adequate. The accommodation suited the region, and the rooms were clean, which matters a lot to me. Breakfast had a plentiful selection every day: rolls, bread, croissants, pretzels, muesli, fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, ham, jams, Nutella, juices, hot chocolate, tea and good coffee. They also made egg dishes to order, scrambled or boiled as you liked. The hosts were very friendly and always helpful. They also offer the “Königscard,” with free or discounted access to many activities. That includes daily free rides up and down on various gondolas, as well as different free rentals for bikes and e-bikes, swimming pools, boat tours and more.

I’d definitely recommend this guesthouse. The rooms were very clean, and the owner was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and just the right amount. The scrambled eggs were some of the best I’ve had at breakfast.

Breakfast was made individually and presented beautifully, even with the challenging circumstances at the time. There was plenty to choose from, and they took individual requests and needs into account. The price for what you get is good. It’s a lovely, beautifully furnished and very clean guesthouse, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. 👍🤗
