The hosts were polite and friendly, and they speak English and German. Let them know ahead of time if you’d like breakfast. There’s a shared kitchen and dining area if you want to use them, plus a pool for cooling off in summer. The accommodation is fairly decent, with a private bedroom and bathroom. If you’re driving to Pirna or Saxon Switzerland National Park, this is one of the best stay options to consider. Enjoy!

I stayed for a few days and found the room excellent and easy to find. The service was so friendly and accommodating, and they provide a guest card for the region. I’d highly recommend it and will keep it in mind for my next stay.

Pension19 is a great base, with Dresden and the Bastei rock formation easy to get to. The nearby Painters' Trail is a good option for anyone who enjoys hiking. Our host gave us a very warm welcome, and the rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. A wonderful stay, keep up the good work!
