We ate at the restaurant, where the menu wasn’t huge, but the food was cooked and presented very well. The staff across reception, breakfast, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping were amazing and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Even the housekeeper had hair to match the room theme. We were in WhiteOut, the white room. We’d booked at the last minute, and most rooms were already taken for the weekend, so it was Hobson’s choice. We worried the white might feel bland, but the room was dazzling and stunning. I’ve possibly never slept in a better-designed hotel. The rest of the hotel was just as good. It’s arranged around a central terrace or courtyard, which reminded me of Mediterranean resorts, and the same eye-catching design details carry through inside and out. We’ll be back 😊

The restaurant could use some improvement in both food and service to match the care and quality of the accommodation. There are a few places where practical use and design don’t quite line up, but we loved our stay. The hotel’s distinctive design alone earns it five stars from me. It feels like it belongs overlooking a beach in Spain, though we liked Pirna a lot too.

A really cool, cozy place to stay. The bed was so comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.
