The garden was beautifully kept, and we could use it during our stay. Our little attic apartment felt cozy and clean, with a lovely atmosphere. We spent three days there with our children and found it really relaxing. We’d happily recommend this place. Thank you!

We didn’t feel very comfortable at Hummelcasa, as it got extremely hot under the roof in summer. We’d expected a holiday home, but it turned out to be a holiday apartment: one room with a bathroom above the owners’ garage.

The owners were very nice and helpful, but the place wasn’t what we expected. In reality, the accommodation is much smaller than the photos suggest, and it’s all one room, so it definitely isn’t suitable for five or six people. We’d also expected a holiday home, not a room above a garage with just two tiny skylights. It heats up very quickly, and access is only by stairs. The advertised terrace isn’t included. The lawn, lounge area, and hot tub are next door on the owners’ property.

A bakery is just a two-minute walk away, and Bayreuth and Pottenstein are only a short distance by car. The holiday apartment is in a quiet spot and very well equipped. Our hosts were extremely friendly. Fantastic place!

There are plenty of hiking opportunities and attractions nearby, and the setting is beautiful. The holiday home in Franconia was really nicely equipped, and the people hosting us were very friendly.
