The host is really friendly, and the rooms are lovely, clean, and big. You get a great view from this hostel up on the mountain. There’s a small place for kids to play, and a bit further down you can look at some reindeer. If you’re lucky, they’ll come eat from your hand. Very good hostel, definitely recommend it.

We stayed at Landhaus Ingeborg from December 27 to January 3, a group of three people and two dogs. Our apartment, Wasserkuppe, looked just like it does in the pictures. The furniture was nice and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped, even for us, since we cook a lot. The surroundings are beautiful, and there are lovely walking routes nearby, so we didn’t have to get in the car. The quiet was incredibly good for us. On New Year’s Eve it was manageable even with the dogs, and outside that time there were no firecrackers. The hosts were incredibly friendly. We got along right away and felt at home. Thanks so much for everything. We’d be happy to come back.
